Syncnema helps you and your friends discover films and shows you all want to watch. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You retain ownership of the preferences and swipes you record. You grant Syncnema a limited licence to store and process this data to provide matching and recommendations to you and the friends you connect with.

Do not use Syncnema to harass others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access data belonging to accounts you are not connected with.

Syncnema is offered on an ongoing basis, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Catalogue metadata is sourced from third-party providers and may change or be incomplete.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your profile, friendships, swipes, and matches.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Syncnema is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syncnema is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
